I have no interest in attempting to teach via this website.

Apart from the fact that I have no business in doing so, Elysha's words perfectly convey this message with profoundly simple clarity. With this intent, I have used direct quotes from Elysha everywhere possible and these are in bold and quotation marks. All other remarks from me are from my direct experience through living the teaching which was given to Elysha during His awakening in 1992.

The fundamental message which Elysha brings forth is:-

“Who you are is this "motion of seeing" that is flowing through your eyes right now. Your focus of attention needs to be brought to this "aliveness" that is flowing through your eyes. In those moments when you have "registered" your self, your heart in motion, you are immediately relieved of who you think you are. Now you will be left with the "play" of remembering and actualising this momentary "aliveness".”

Truly take this on board and live it on a momentary basis and that is the end of your search and the beginning of the glorious journey of self discovery. You will find that being in the company of someone who is clearly living this and reminding you to do the same will prove to be the best and most important thing in speeding up your self-realization, keeping you firmly on the right track to the heart.

“No matter how many times you are told that you cannot be your self as this mind you will still attempt to be it with your mind.”

Unfortunately, this is the first major worldwide problem at this time. All through the spiritual and enlightenment seeking circles people are using similar verbiage as Elysha. Therefore when people hear what Elysha has to share they immediately ‘think’ that they know what Elysha is saying and ‘think’ that they are doing what Elysha is suggesting. Complete rubbish. The message has been bastardised from then on and is being covered over with ‘thinking’ that what is being shared is understood and lived, and in so doing missing out on the reality and clarity of energy which is given.

 “Of course your belief in who you think you are is going to create a mess resulting in pain, suffering and frustration. You are who you are all the time. Who you are is, regardless of what you may insist on playing out over the top.”
 

“How much do you want to be the heart that you are?”

This is a question which Elysha asks anyone who comes to visit. It is a very important question to honestly ask yourself. Real honesty now.

“To be the heart that you already are you have to realize this heart that you already are. You cannot realise it with the mind, as the mind. Another "motion" - which must already be available to you otherwise you could not be this "motion" - must be activated.”

Elysha is available to all who are truly interested in being who they are and have the commitment to do what it takes to stand free of the bind of the mind and “be the heart that you already are". As you can imagine the mindbody (chattering head) doesn't like it. The question is, will you listen to it or is your heart shouting loudly enough for you to really listen to its call?

"Every moment that you allow yourself to be distracted from who you already are into believing yourself to be something 'else' - primarily this person that you think you are - then not only will you suffer not being who you are, you add to your 'karmic basket' more for your mindbody to have to unravel from. It is as simple as this. Who you are is. Be it or not."

You will never regret one ounce of effort which you make towards being the One that you are.  Ever.

"The seeking school of humanity is flawed at its core. It wants to come home but it will not let go of the very thing that appears to shut the heart out. It seeks to hang onto the shmee and be the heart as well. Of course, it cannot do this. So it has created a talking school and accepts the odd occasion of "revelation" or "high" as a substitute in order for the illusion to remain intact. Even then, these "revelations" and "highs" are the heart breaking through the illusion. The "high" is felt as a "high" simply because it stands out over and against what is ordinarily lived by you on a daily basis. Your "highs" will eventually be your daily "ordinariness" as you begin to realise and be the one that you are. You are the changeless reality - it does not change. It is the very "thing" which you can point to as being the one constant factor - and the only factor that you know for certain - that you have of yourself. You are. It is your areness." -- Elysha
